This policy explains what information The ProBiz Group LLC d/b/a ProBiz Advisors ("ProBiz Advisors," "we," "us") collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've written it in plain English.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to talk to you and do the work:
- Contact information you give us — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything else you type into our chat widget, booking form, or contact forms.
- Call and message content — when you call, text, or message us, we keep the conversation. That can include call recordings, call transcripts, voicemail, SMS and MMS message content, and chat transcripts. Our systems are AI-assisted, so a call or message you send us may be answered, transcribed, or summarized automatically.
- Booking and appointment details — the date, time, and information you provide when you schedule a call with us.
- Client and project information — if you become a client, whatever you share with us so we can build and run your systems.
- Basic site and usage data — standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through our hosting provider and analytics.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and continue conversations you started.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about calls and appointments.
- To deliver, support, and improve the services you hire us for.
- To send you service and account messages related to work in progress.
- To keep records, handle billing, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
- To protect our systems against fraud, spam, and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number — by texting us, by submitting it through a form or chat, or by asking us to text you — we may send you text messages about your inquiry, your appointment, or your project.
- Message frequency varies. How often we text depends on the conversation and the work in progress.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time and we will stop sending you text messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at the email or phone number at the bottom of this page.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages from us is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties
SMS program details
ProBiz Advisors (The ProBiz Group LLC d/b/a ProBiz Advisors) offers conversational SMS messaging to individuals who have consented to receive text messages from our team. Messages include responses to inquiries, requested information about our services, meeting scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, and follow-up related to conversations you have initiated with us.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a final confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance at any time, or contact us at mark@theprobizadvisors.com or 702-849-2825.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate, and only so they can do their job for us:
- Our communications platform — powers our chat widget, phone, text messaging, email, calendar booking, and client records.
- Website hosting — serves this site and keeps standard server logs.
- Analytics — helps us understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
- Payment and accounting providers — process invoices and payments for clients.
These providers are required to protect the information we give them and use it only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or where it's necessary to protect our rights, our clients, or someone's safety.

How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and conversation records for as long as we're in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterward — generally up to three years — so we can pick up where we left off. Client records, contracts, and billing records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterward as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, and we will unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
- Access and correction — ask us what we have about you, and ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Deletion — ask us to delete your information.
- Opt out of texts — reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of email — use the unsubscribe link, or just ask us.
Just email us using the address below. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and we won't treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; tell us and we'll honor them.
Security
We use reputable providers and take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — please don't send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or full account numbers through chat, text, or email.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
